Grumpy
this appears to be a beneficial deal,
SO.. I'll gladly chip in $50 of my limited finances, if I get a few of you gentlemen to kick in the other $50 ,
so I can order this, reference package,
I'm sure the added resource, being available as a reference will be worth the minimal financial expense too the site. and Ill post anything I find useful or new or interesting

I just donated my usual $20 plus an extra $5 to help with the reference package. Look forward to hearing whats in the package :)

$ Money is tight this week Grumpy.
I like to read more about Single and Twin Turbo Charger builds .
Not just LS.
Old School V8's.
Everyone is pinching pennies still.
Have my plans to get it done this year.

Super HP Builds Take Super $$$$$,
No easy way to earn it after hours.

Tired of Dreaming.
Race year 2016 is here.

TODAY was the last day to take advantage of the offer!
I'm rather amazed at the less than enthusiastic financial support on this offer as it can potentially be beneficial to all the members , as almost any detailed source of info almost always tends to be over time, and the response was not enough in total to even offset the other $50 required after I put up my $50, as I offered, to so we can all benefit from the offered software resource, that could be rather useful to the members, so I had to chip in a bit more as today was the last day to order.
well its on order and I hope its well worth the expense, (which I'm fairly confident it will be) after near 5 decades of being involved in racing and engine building I find that the vast majority of info you read will not appear to relate to anything your currently involved with but inevitably a few months or maybe even years later youll desperately be looking through your resource materials for a vaguely , 1/2 remembered tip that solves your current problem or helps you avoid or prevent a problem, or provides just the extra bit of power or durability your looking fr, ans after all thats what this websites all about, making it far easier on the newer guys building engines or racing cars so they can use this website rather than waste years on trial and error testing to find what works best!
At times I wonder if all the work and time a few key older and experienced members contribute to helping the membership of this website is appreciated , I don,t think a couple bucks once in a while is really asking for much, its not like were making a dime putting in the time helping others here, its being done mostly because I and others know all too well how frustrating it is to not know how things can be improved, how common issues are solved and why certain combos work better than others

No Offense meant Grumpy but I think Money is Tight with the entire Group Here.
Even Richard is not doing much right now.
My daily driver is down and driving my 1987 Corvette Roadster.
I am working as a Diesel Mechanic and get Filthy Dirty Greasy everyday.
At least A Mechanics Monkey Jumpsuit Coveralls are provided to me.
I had to wash my hair 10 times tonight to get my Damn Hair Clean.
Black Shit grease gone.

I had to spend $$$ on Exhaust Manifolds needed for my 1963 Grand Prix . Olds 425 V8 engine.
Be here in 2 days.

Anyhow....Best we can do is get our projects done. Document photograph.
A You Tube Video(s) made.

We should make something but don't Grumpy.
My Gig is Building Rear Diffs.
I do it better than 99.999999999% in the World.

Grumpy, how much extra did you have to kick in? You first put up $50, I kicked in $25, and Jimmy added $5
for a total of $80. If this is correct, then I will reimburse you the $20, because if ANYONE deserves to have this
software packet, it is you and this site. It will benefit EVERYBODY. NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE ELSE.

I greatly appreciate the offer, and welcome any support the website can get to offset the ongoing expenses.
I only needed to kick in an extra $10, (for that) but it does cost monthly to keep the website up and running, its really not so much the extra amount <I needed to kick in, for that one minor project, this time, as it is the fact that we get so little financial support on a consistent basis that is rather amazing in my opinion.
Please understand that I never thought this would be a money making endeavor,I fully expected this to be mostly a way to pass on the skills and advice gained over decades to help everyone in the automotive community to avoid a good bit of the frustration I know most of us feel when we either don,t know how to do something or where to get it done correctly.
I and several other people are building and maintaining this website, to help others avoid the nearly endless list of problems, that everyone in this hobby , without decades of experience and a bottomless checking account balance, constantly runs into
BTW I personally did not get the software, shipped to me, I had it, shipped to a different member, who needs it so he could use it first to set up his car, first,
then when hes finished, I'll get it so I can start posting answers the software might help provide,in related threads.

Without knowledgeable sites such as this, combing through the internet for answers to problems is nearly impossible and unbelievably
time consuming. And frustrating. Which also leads straight to EXPENSIVE. 99% of what you read on other sites is crap and usually incorrect opinions from people that don't even pick up a wrench. So, YES, I appreciate this Forum.
Philly's tagline says it all, "There's never enough money to build it right, but there's always enough to build it twice!"

It took many, many hours just to make the posts that I have done, including editing & resizing photos, all in the hopes that it can help someone
else not have to go through some of the crap that I have gone through. I can't even imagine the time & effort it takes you to manage this entire site.

So as soon as I post this, I'm sending another PayPal donation for $20. Mike.
