The C7 with its all aluminum main frame rails....How do you attach the Steel or CrMo rollbar tubing to the aluminum frame rails ?

Most of those guys will not go for a full cage like we know must be done for 1000 HP.
Guys are nuts, I do not want to ride along without a full cage in it.
It keeps all the suspension points in the car from instant sheer off failure. Torsion twist kept under control full caged.

Need at least hidden under bars tieing the the frame rails together to brace.
Keep driver from falling through the floor pan also in SHTF accident.

Well I made it through todays links.
Several thousand actually there.
Clicked and brought them back here to see & check out.

Its a mystery what method they are using in a C7 Corvette to mount a 10-16 point rollcage.
Has to bolt down...somehow.

Thinking 99.999% have no cage doing runs with 1000 + Hp Grumpy. Just STUPID.
If you have ever seen a suspension mount point fail......Lucky they lived.

The 70TA is real strong but I know it has its limits too.

I was at a local car show and I saw a guy with a 1970 chevelle who had installed a PVC PIPE roll cage .
he had painted black and covered with the normal foam pads in the common locations,
when I ask the owner why he had gone through the time and effort to install, what was obviously a totally worthless roll cage,
he stated its was far.. FAR cheaper to use PVC pipe and glue, and he wanted the " RACE car LOOK"
and since it was only a SHOW CAR , that was rarely even driven, it made a lot more sense to him to go that route!
he also said I was the first guy to notice and mention the PVC roll cage in over 12 years he had it installed.
