That New C8 had better of have 2,000 HP baseline stock Grumpy.
Otherwise a waste of time.

I don't know...That Mustang sounded like crap...Or maybe the driver can't drive...Or the motor isn't tuned right...
I still would take a Hellcat over a Mustang any day... Sorry...Not a Ford Guy...JMHO...
 
its almost all just about how much money you can afford to dump into a car....... the technology is readily available regardless of brand, add the correct turbos and inter-coolers, you could get a big block corvette, 455 buick, in a skylark, or a new ls camaro or ls powered cobra replica or new LT1 corvette, almost any well set up t-bucket to run like that if your bank balance easily covers the required mods and parts cost
add twin intercooled turbos and nitro-methane to an engine with a stout lower rotating assembly and block like the older 417 donovan or a aftermarket KB 528 hemi or a newer ford boss 429 and getting over 2000hp is not difficult
