Is anyone on the web site into varmint hunting?

I got invited along to try and reduce the coyote population a bit in the areas,
I hunt deer around here in florida, and while I have zero problem shooting a few of those worthless scavengers,
and neither does any of my hunting buddies,
I don,t think that we can make any effective dent in the local population......why?
well everyone I know shoots the little game thieves on sight, in the vain hope of increasing the , deer, bob white quail, rabbit, squirrel numbers
,and has done so for at least the last 47 years I know of,
and I've still seen them quite regularly.
so I don,t think any ones making any in-roads on the numbers, of coyotes.
I know most of the guys I hunt deer with have occasionally shot a coyote , but the little bastards are smart,
fast and wary , and most won,t just stand their and give you an easy shot,
and Ive seen rather few guys that can snap shoot accurately,
when one zips through a opening, in the thicker brush,
at a dead run, which is commonly how you see them.
I don,t know anyone around here that purposely goes out to hunt coyotes as the main goal (yet)
but it may be fun if we can find a good area where the game department allows hunting them.

I don't see Coyote on my property, occasionally driving on these country lanes around my location I'll see one now and then chasing after Red Fox.
When Raven was around it was her job to eradicate the Ground Hog population, now I just pick them off from my back deck with my Henry riffle.
