Okay I need help, I picked up a 350 that had a auto tranny and I need to hook it up to my standard tranny, my old motor had a pilot bearing in the back of the crank, and on the new motor seems like there is a bushing in there for the torque converter? Need some help on what to here

step one ,
verify exactly what your currently dealing with,
its condition, part number measurements etc.
you deal in verified facts! never guess!
posting clear pictures and any related measurements would help!
careful measuring and an hours research could save you a great deal of cash and wasted time!

if you have anything like an existing pilot bearing in the current crank flange machined area , you'll need to verify exactly what the pilot bearing in the crank is currently and if its not correct, what is supposed to be installed into it,
obviously should be replaced with the correct pilot bearing for the transmission that will now be used.
obviously you'll need to eventually install the correct size pilot bearing too support the front input shaft, but to do that you'll need to verify the inside diameter of the crank flange and youll need the correct matching pilot bearing
