I was asked to help a neighbor who purchased a well used go-cart,to help replace a defective tire.
he was having difficulty getting it to seal to the rim, lawn tractor type tires can be a p.i.t.a., too mount a tire he had purchased as a replacement, the original tire was defective (old age split) we go the new tire and he had spent several hours trying to get the tire to seal. these go cart or lawn tractor type tires are at times a p.i.t.a. if your not familiar with how to deal with them or lack the tools sealants or a compressor
one of the tools most shops can use almost constantly is a decent air compressor

I found the axles needed to be lubed, this is good quality and reasonably priced bearing grease available at most auto parts stores
I also found that the guy had never heard of bead sealer nor was he familiar with the need to use a rope and a pry-bar to compress and hold the tires compressed tread to have the bead area on the tire expand and seal on the rim after the tube-less tire was mounted and both bead areas coated with the sticky black plastic like adhesive sealant on the edge of the rim and tire bead areas, as this is frequently required to get the air compressor to expand and seal the tire too the rim.
