Gear Vendors Overdrive Videos

I was doing Tech on the Trans Am Forum again tonight.
All the the problems related to installing a T56 or Tremec 5 & 6 speed in a 2nd Gen Trans Am 1970-1981.

Once the car is lowered the aftermarket Quicktime Bellhousing Bangs off the ground over any tiny bump like a sledgehammer.
And the Trans tunnel has to be cut up and modified extensive to raise the Tremec up 2 inches to get the Pinion Angle right.
$5,000-9,000 bucks later its still a Failure.

An F Grade for being usefull.

Back to Old School.
Gear Vendors with a Muncie 4-speed or Turbo 400 is Best Still when you want Overdrive.
At Least in a Pontiac.

Why not a good rebuilt 4L80e?? Overdrive and strong transmission.

Gear Vendors have a bad rep.

That is what I will be running in my 93 G20 Custom Van.

yes that 4l80e (modified for full manual control and with a 3000 rpm stall torque converter,
is what I bought to eventually install in my bbc c4 corvette swap :like:

I will take a built in overdrive over a Gear Vender.

But I did get a US Gear Dual Range as they are Strong.

I plan on running a double overdrive.
