1963 Grand Prix

You need the Big Pontiac Car Oil filter adapter to use with the Long branch exhaust manifolds.
They also used on 1st generation Firebird 1967 -69 Top engine packages.
Also on the 350 HO Pontiac Firebird package.
Firebird uses it's own oil filter adapter.
Both reproduced , pricey like everything but can fit into the budget if you dont have it.
Have to dig for photos of mine.
Upload to share takes a while to share pictures here.
I got people commenting now on Imugur my photos non stop !

Longbranch manifolds installed you will like worth it.
More torque and Hp to be had.
Find out how much.
20-40-50 more with the 4-bbl swap?

RFI Radiation from the Vertex Magneto.
It's so hot of a spark.
Better than the Vintage MSD 10 AL Racing box that costed $1000 in the 1990s used by Pro Stock.
Found the trick so my Digital readout timing light works reads accurate no RFI Interference.
Wrap it in tinfoil there is a Computer inside.
Hook up onto the Magneto #1 wire by cap .
Not at the spark plug.
SMART.

A Mad Scientist Pontiac Engineer designed the Big Car Longbranch exhaust manifold adapter. Spaces out 3 inches and reclocks to clear the frame chassis.
But its ingenious the design.
Impossible to make at home Fabricate it.

Actually I remember now these were on some 1958 Pontiac cars too, guys posted pictures on a Pontiac group 50s era.
On Tripower 370 V8 and Fuel injected 370 Bonneville Convertible.

Can it be bought someplace? The right side for stock exhaust is ok right now, it the left side that is too close to the starter. I might have to go with a mini starter.563CE440-DC8D-4246-A973-8AB7CCABD304.jpegDA24A2F6-EF60-4C2B-ADFA-13D0F0049313.jpegC069A341-EA11-42B9-8E2A-A87501A0F637.jpeg

I have to do a search get the link.
I bought an IMI mini starter 1.4 KW from Paul Spotts, he quit selling them for some reason.
Have to buy same one Factory direct in California about $200.

The more I do on the Cat, the more I find. Have to take a break to think this out.
The wipers are hung up on something when the hood is closed. I only noticed this as I was going through my inspection check list and want to test the washer pump rebuild I just finished. I also noticed when opening and closing the hood it’s pinching on the upper fender corner by the cowl, driver’s side. I can’t figure if I should fool with the couple bolts on the fender or play with the hood hing.

Really like the IMI Mini stater motor.
Tons of cranking power.
Better design than Powermaster.
Have the 9310 Power master on TA.
Get an IMI also for it 2022.

Hire a Bodyman.
Might take 1 hour time.
Figure 8hrs to align front clip and doors.
Too much to do alone for you.

Going to bed. Tired.
Going to work on the replacement front Differential for the Chevy Tahoe in the morning.

I have to call on the starter in the morning and thanks for the Ram Air site, they have a pair of pipes I need to avoid going to the muffler shop to have them made. This way they are mandrel bent, even better!

Might need rework a little.
Might fit perfect Ram Air Restoration headpipes and rest of the exhaust system parts they have.

Some stuff came in from Summit Racing. Not Carrea Road Racing shocks.....they work Awesome also Street Drag Racing the Vintage Chrome body Carreas,
Not modern Viking shocks, or others.
Gabriel's try them out.
Had decent result using Gabriel Gas charged shocks in past on the street.
Monroe Quit making gas charged stock replacements for Vintage GM.
Same part #shocks used on many Vintage GM Cars including Chevelle and GTO 1964-72.
