my brother-in-laws now asking me what the current best intake and carb selection might be for his 454 engine with oval port cylinder heads that will still clear his stock corvette big block hood?
I know the edelbrock torqer is a waste of money, and his stock cast iron intake is designed for a quadra-jet and weights at least 45 lbs and doesn,t have a great deal of potential.
so what intake,carb,and air cleaner fits and functions given the limited hood clearance, has any one successfully found a way to run the edelbrock air gap?
I know if it was my car what Id select but he wants a few choices
