When I shift my car from P to D the shift if very abrupt and almost slams into gear, also when I try to drive the 1st to second the rpms has to be around 3500 or so and I have to be at 50 mph before it shifts into second, it won't go into OD at all unless Im on the highway. I have replaced the PCM but nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

first educated guess, the tv cables not correctly adjusted on the throttle body linkage and your throttle body needs adjusting, these threads should help
