My crappy heads on my 70's stock 350 are junk!
3 studs pulling out.
350 trans and 3:36 rear with p-215x14" tires on my 65 Caprice.
I have a new stock cam and lifters and a pair of 882 heads.
Please tell me about the heads and how well they will work.
Compression is good.Average 125.
I've been chasing a vacuum problem and suspect the heads combined with a worn cam and intake gaskets are causing it.So,I want to fix it all at the same time.
Thanks for any help,as I'm not up on all this type of repairs.
