Assuming a 20% loss in the drive-train, then that's 521 at the crank. With a 11.6 CR/TPIS Miniram and 1.23 HP/CuIn, is this more than expected ??? Looks to be pretty normal ?

With a Callies crank and Crower rods, should be nothing to worry about with RPM under 6000.

The one factor I see that sticks out, is that 11.6:1 static cpr that is quite a bit higher than most guys would run in a combo thats ever expected to run on the street with pump octane fuel, off the top of my head with that cam, timing , and looking at comps cams, thats close to 9:1-9.5:1 dynamic compression, as a rough guess.
yes its something thats no problem with a weekend toy if you run race octane fuel, or tip a can of toluene into the mix, but your never going to get by on 87 octane pump regular

That 11.6 CR stood out in when I read the specs. ..........That's impressive if it's going to run on pump gas, but otherwise seems pretty much what you would expect.
