Unless I can sell my next 2 cars before that auction I have no intent on trying. Since this GTO is not highly optioned or a drop-top I'm estimating $85 to $95,000. The rarity claimed about this car (manual trans ratio) is not that important to justify high numbers. I'm just posting these sweet GTO's for everyone's enjoyment. My plans are to find someone to help build (no body or interior work) a 65 GTO exactly that way I want it or find/buy one finished (for the most part). Having somebody to put together a drive train assures I'll get the project to completion and not just another collection of parts taking up space in the garage.

It's free to get in as my guest otherwise you'll have to pay $100 plus tax. PS, Indy will have better pricing for buyers and far more content aside from the auction.

Count me In Rich.
I will tell you any pertinent information I spot on Pontiacs.
I know other musclecars but Pontiacs I know best.

No Ram Air 4 engine had casting dates on either cylinder head factory installed.
It was cast in the Green Sand Mold the Julian Calander date.
Ram Air 4 heads are High Rise Ports.
The date casted in on virgin unmachined heads were located under the valvecovers.
It was machined off the casting date during Head Bolt Spot Facing with an End Mill.
The Casting Date on the Winters Casted aluminum Intake is located on the Bottom of intake hidden fromm view.

Replacement GM Ram Air IV heads were produced in very limited numbers.
Maybe 100 total.
Made from 1972-77.
They have an external casting date like other Pontiac Heads.
Round Port exhaust.
High rise intake ports.
Casting was refined by Pontiac Engineers.
They flow better than all factory installed Ram Air 4 heads.
Only the utra rare RA5 flow better stock.
Race secret from Me.... I know 1st Hand.
