despite the video, lube your bullets AND lube over the loaded projectiles, in the cylinder,
as it helps BOTH accuracy, consistency and greatly reduces the chance of chain fire accident's

and yeah, in my experience the conical, bullets, properly lubed and loaded, are consistently more accurate.
and yes the impact point changes, and yes the conical bullets are the preferred hunting load,
but think ARCHERY, as to lethality, any deer you hit with a black powder revolver will tend,
to run and cover a few yards before the bullet is lethal,
btw adding an alloy to pure lead, like adding 2% tin or 3% antimony, makes a better cast bullet.
