Advice On Sbc 354

Chevy 23 degree heads have a disadvantage over modern 18-15-12 Race heads.
The actual cylinder VE fill rate IS GREATLY IMPROVED.
Most engine Simulations don't account for it. They cant.
 
The intake plenum volume and Ported clean right is key with proper headers.
Nothing works better than Pipe Max program simulator.
None of us have it here.
Pro Head Porters have it.

Beyea tri y heads spec are in post.
Has to be 23° iron heads limited to 360 ci rule iron block also class rules are the limit for this build.

Dynomation version 6.03.08 now does "Fill & Empty" simulations at RPM steps as low 200 rpm. It's now the same
as "Wave Action" simulations. Again my name showed up in the credits for requesting this new feature.
 
You will notice the very last line in table above says, "Averages Based On RPM Range Selected In Simulation Category". Well that RPM range is 3000-8500 rpm.
 
Hey I noticed, the cam specs said ICA was 68, the software you made for Dynamic CR said it was like in the 70s!

No VE Shown but by Induced Airflow I can see 'VE is above 100%.
It's trying to scavenge super hard.
Tell by the BSFC sky high.
It wants a Big CFM Annular Booster 4150 Race or Dominator 4500 .
 
It said 68! I was surprised myself, I was thinking it would be 70 or more due to solid roller with that high of a lift.
