Anybody ever use Stiction Cleaner?

I see these Anti-Stiction and Stiction Cleaners for diesels being pushed on TV show "Truck U."
Looks like this "Stiction" builds up in the motor and transmissions, any comments or is using "SeaFoam" just as good?

Ive only used "SeaFoam" but looking at the link above they are totally different products and sea foams not specifically designed for diesel injection

Or may be Snake oil.
Not sure.
