Anybody Know What Would Cause These Marks On My Valvestems?

While replacing a couple failed valvespring shims i noticed these marks.

Theres no cracks (that i can feel). Heat maybe? Normal? Did i catch it before a failure?
I dont know but it didnt look good so any experienced insight would be appreciated.
I dont wanna grenade my toy this summer.
Its a 69 mach 1 390 with maybe 20,000mi on rebuild, w/ all new valvetrain components.
Any experienced advise to ease my mind. Thanx

I have tried it.
Not much good at it with paint.
Need more practice.

Just light water corrosion stains.
Probably from condensation sitting overnight or from winter time storage

Not a problem at all.

Go to top and resize to 50% and then save to desktop. Upload a file and pick it up off the desk top. WALLAAA
