Fwiw,
On top of donations that I'll pitch in, I am a director of software engineering with 12 patents and 21 years experience... there's nothing I can't do as far as website or server maintenance. So if you are paying someone to do just general updates and such... don't.
 
thanks for the info, I might be able to use your help or thoughts on a few issues
