I took the 1963 Grand Prix to work today Grumpy.
Rained all day yesterday so the Road salt was washed away.
The 1965 Olds 425 Super Rocket Ran Flawless.
It Loves 110 Sunoco Race gas.
Had to make a 55 mile run drive to get my Napa 8.1 496 PGM260 starter motor for the Tahoe.
Used my phone speedo App.
Even with a Turbo 400 Trans no overdrive and 3.23 gears I cruised 90-95 with ease and kept up with traffic on the highway.
Cold at 31 F and winds gusting at 35 mph.
About 45 miles doing 90.
Never missed a beat.
Leaving work I put 5 gallons of 87 octane in and 2 gallons of Race Sunoco 110.
Burnt only 3.5 gallons of fuel.
Not bad.
