keep in mind if someone says they polled people to find out if they own guns they will say that in the 1940s about 44% Americans owned firearms
now recent polls in about 2015 the result was now at about 24% Americans owned firearms.
the number of privately owned guns has nearly tripled since the 1940s
now think logically a bit,
if someone walks up to you today, and asked you....
are you going to admit to firearm ownership??
everyone I know will now deny ownership if asked

I asked most of my friends, and most of them own guns and most carry concealed
