as with most things there's always a compromise in quality, price function,
and ease of use, and availability of parts and matched accessories,
there's always considerations or limitations on range, concerns about weight durability etc.
range, cost of ammo, potential recoil, energy transfer and lethality,
and as with most rifle the skill of the person using it has a huge effect on the rifles ability to perform well.
Id also point out that I've seen a great many people shoot at various ranges,
and most people have no concept of the true potential in either range or accuracy of an accurate rifle
