I have a new zz4 with a 153 tooth flexplate. going to install in c-3 corvette.. the question I have is the tree holes for the converter are not the same diameter!!! plan on using the stock converter.. one is the standard 3/8"and other two are 7/16".. are there bolts with collars for these two holes??? have not dealt with later model stuff...no room for bigger bolts in stock converter...what to do ????

Turbo 400 uses the Big Bolt pattern torque converter.
11.5" inches bolt circle pattern.
4L80E uses same.

4L60E, 700R4, 200R4, & Turbo 350 uses the small bolt pattern torque converter.
10.75" inch bolt circle pattern.

first question, WHAT diameter bolt size is the converter itself drilled and tapped to fit correctly, theres several thread sizes that might be used, in both SAE and METRIC?
if its the larger bolt size hole and one holes too small,,then yes drill out the flexplate, if its not, drilling it for the larger bolt diameters counter productive, as it allows a potential for the bolts to shift, back and forth in the plate, as the stress is constantly applied and removed, CLEAR DETAILED pictures, of the mis-match between converter and flex-plate would be very helpful here? as would accurate thread size and type identification.

most 350 sbc are internally balanced and don,t require a weight on the flexplate, many 383,400 and a few 350 engines are externally ballanced and require added weights on the flex plate, you might have mis-matched components
