for good street drive-ability, excellent off idle torque and mid range power something like the crower 00473, or 00468 seems a good match

why not talk to the tech guys at CROWER AND CRANE CAMS and get their thoughts
mention the intended use and matching it with your truck brakes etc.
or similar crane

notice theres not a huge range in the intake duration,in any of the linked choices , but the differences are very noticeable, so talk to the tech dept of the suppliers you deal with, about your combo and the cam selected.

crower 619.661.6477
if you want a bit more peak power, the crower 00471 is great for impressive torque and better peak power but at a very minimal loss of low rpm street/traffic drive-ability

or you can effectively split the difference and select the hydraulic roller cam I use in my similar 383 the crane 119661
