C6 Rims/Tires on a C4

I just purchased 18x8.5 fronts and 19x10 rears for my 85 corvette. It has Z51 suspension and stock brakes. The seller gave me two spacers. He told me he had these on his 86 and only used spacers in the rear.

My questions are:
Do I need to upgrade my brakes for this application?

Do I need to worry about offset?

What lug nuts should I use?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!!

the spacers MAY or MAY NOT be necessary due to the rim off set and wheel well clearances, only trying to mount the wheels without the spacers and measuring will tell you for sure!
upgrading the brakes is an excellent IDEA but not mandatory
you may need to upgrade the wheel studs and nuts but only trying and measuring will tell you

I found adaptors on line that bolted directly to the hubs. I then lowered the rear leaf springs 1 inch to level out the 19's out back.. The stock lug nuts worked fine..thanks for all the info!

that! is a GREAT LOOKING SET OF WHEELS on THAT CORVETTE, the cars looks improve with the larger wheel size, judging only from the picture of the naked wheel in the box above Id have never thought the wheels would look that good once mounted
