Hello guys,

My car does not go into gear when cold. If I force the transmission towards gear, the car slowly starts moving forwards.
When is turned off, the transmission goes into gears.
When the car warms up, there are no problems. Everything works as it should be.
This is happening in cold weather. When it is hot outside, there are no problems.

Does somebody know what is wrong??

well first question ID be asking is what transmission are you using?
and how COLD are you referring to, like below 30 F or 0 C ?
or what temperatures are you talking about ?
and WHAT are you using for your transmission fluid or gear lube are you using ?
and have you verified the fluid level?
now Ive had similar issues in the past when I used the older higher viscosity gear lubes in MUNCIE manual transmissions but the newer synthetic gear lubes seem to not be as nearly effected by cold weather, the older MUNCIE MANUAL transmissions used a 70W gear lube the 1995 ZF transmission used a AUTOMOTIVE 5W30 type engine oil

THIS IS WHAT ID SUGGEST IF IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION

The ZF S6-40 6-speed transmission is lubricated by engine type oil. Manufacturer recommendations specify the use of GM P/N 1052931 (5w-30), so that is what I would use. Holds about 2.2 quarts. You can more than likely use any high quality 5w30 oil but GM recommends their oil so I am not going to tell you any different.
