If you were thinking of turning your can into a real beast, nothing can help you better then a Supercharger. A supercharger is driven directly by the engine. If you’re ready for improved horsepower, the kind that will have your car known all over the town is a supercharger kit from Edelbrock.

Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger systems deliver excellent horsepower and torque in a complete, street-legal kit that fits under the factory hood. The supercharger assembly has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components, eliminating the possibility of vacuum leaks between gasket surfaces. Edelbrock's inverted supercharger assembly is uniquely oriented, allowing for an incredible amount of intake runner length for maximizing low end torque.

Besides being a performance upgrade, it also have great look! The supercharger assembly and matching aluminum coil covers (on applicable systems) are black powdered coated for durability with highlighted fins and Edelbrock logo for a unique appearance that will give any engine compartment a custom look.

E-Force Supercharger systems are designed to boost your Corvette to 554 flywheel horsepower and 515 ft.-lbs. of torque (with stock fuel pump) or 599 flywheel horsepower and 547 ft-lbs. of torque (includes high volume fuel pump).

Main features:

- Bolt-on installation
- Electronic PCM programming module, with application specific tuning
- Integrated bypass valve for little to no decrease in fuel economy.

What do you think about it?

with all the REQUIRED PARTS ADDED THAT ARE LISTED THAT THEY REQUIRE AFTER THE KIT IS PURCHASED your looking at $9000 PLUS for my 1985 corvette, and your still running basically the original engine with who knows what components or its condition,

for a few hundred more I can get a 555 cubic inch big block, and its new, and has well over the potential power and torque that a stock engine with that super charger produces

ID go the BIG BLOCK ROUTE EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT CHOICE CAME UP

most of us could NEVER select the car, home or wife that best suits someone else and I would freely admit that the supercharger kit is a valid way to go if your looking to increase power , certainly the edelbrock kit is one option, but just be aware that there are other routes you could take and think thru your options before writing a big check!

amen... now... put some sort of forced induction on that big block, maybe a nitrous plate or three... now were talkin!
