Clutch chatter (USEFUL LINKS)
theres not much of a point in doing more than posting links here because the subjects well covered in the linked info, if you read thru the links , and SUB LINKS, but in most cases clutch problem are related to easily diagnosed wear, parts breakage or improper installation issues or excessive heat build-up, or use of the wrong components, the key is understanding how the parts function and what to look for when you disassemble and inspect the parts, and trust me , youll eventually be forced to learn a good deal about clutches once your car has over about 500hp, and your able to run 12 second 1/4 mike times or better because a clutch is a wear/replacement item like fuses, tires and brakes.
un-even clutch engagement can be caused by a dozen or more issues but the most common are caused by heat, wear and broken components , a close detailed inspection can tell you a good deal about the cause in most cases.
Id also point out that theres a HUGE difference in quality and the design of the components available to assemble a decent clutch, and having an SFI certified billet flywheel and clutch and a blow proof bell housing is a good way to prevent problems

failing to read the links will cause you to miss a great deal of related info
