I did a search this morning on Grumpy's Forum and tonight for Coil Over Shock options.
Did not find any good recent posted info or links.
When you convert a. 1963 to 2013 C2 -C7 Corvette to a Live Solid Axle setup as a traditional Musclecar the only practical way to tie it all together is use a Racing style 4-link rear & coilover shocks. The independent rear & Mono leaf spring setup are set aside entire.
Be helpfull I believe to have a writeup on Coilover shocks.
Different makes. Comparisons. Specs. Coil spring # rates and how to choose correct the 1st time.

Still wishing to convert to a solid live axle in my 87 C4 Vette convertible.
Dana 36 won't hold up long. Dana 44 only slightly better I agree as Grumpy does too.
I know Grumpy wants his Dana 60 rear in one of his C4 Covettes somday too.
Mine will be homebuilt too. Have the Competition Engineering Pro Magnum 4-link bought.
Looking to buy rear coilover shocks come fall.
Start building the 4- link next spring if all goes well.
Many traditional musclecar owners prefer coil over shocks today also.
