cruising cam choice

I'm going to build a 350 for cruising, and I want as much torque down low as I can get. The engine's going into a '60 Biscayne with a stock 3-on-the-tree manual. It's got a final drive ratio of 3.36:1, and in town, I'm not even turning 2000 rpm most of the time. I will do some highway driving, too.
The engine going in it is a stock 2-barrel out of a '70 Monte Carlo that I'm going to slightly mod with an Edelbrock Performer dual-plane 4-barrel intake and 500 CFM Carter carb.
I've been recommended 2 different cams, and I was wondering if anybody has experience with either.
The two cams are:
Edelbrock 252H
Lunati 60101
Any advice as to whether one will work better for my intended purpose than the other? Is there another cam that might be more suitable than either of the two I'm looking at?

given that choice ID select the Lunati 60101
ITs a decent cam for the listed application
maybe its just me but IVE rarely found I was happy with Edelbrocks cam quality.

ID also suggest you use RHODES hydraulic lifters, they will run with a bit of noise almost like a light rhythmic clicking but will help increase low rpm power and still allow better upper rpm power

Lunati's Voodoo series of Hydraulic camshafts deliver more area under the curve than any other series of Hydraulic camshafts. This means more throttle response, quicker acceleration, more vacuum, better efficiency, combined with maximum horsepower and torque!Hydraulic. Best mild performance cam. Works excellent in TPI fuel injection applications. Makes approximately 19 vacuum at idle. Great for performance oriented marine applications and heavy towing applications. Perfect Street Rod cam. Has slightly noticeable idle, works with stock converter, A/C.

IF it was MY engine , Id go the extra mile here and get 1.6:1 ratio roller rockers as they tend to both reduce oil temps and reduce frictional losses plus they tend to give you an extra 10-15 hp, with that reduced friction, especially if you select the 1.6:1 ratio that gives you a bit more lift and low rpm breathing
IVE USED ERSONS EXTREME DUTY ROLLER ROCKERS
IN MANY ENGINES OVER MANY YEARS WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION, they used to be a slightly different design and black in color, but the new version is still a great value (notice those are NOT the standard roller rockers they sell) AND OBVIOUSLY YOULL WANT TO VERIFY VALVE TRAIN CLEARANCES AND ROCKER/PUSH ROD GEOMETRY
