I am missing something when figuring my DCR for my current combo and it is driving me nuts. I checked twice and came up with 9.53 DCR and that seems way off for my present build. Can you check this out for me please. I am not really happy with the cam swap I made and am trying to find the 3 tenths and 5 mph I lost since the change. What am I missing?

596-603 lift with 1.6 rockers

valve timing is:
int. open 17 int. close 51
exh. open 60 exh. close. 13
I was hoping to keep it around 8.5 max DCR as I drive her around on the streets with 32 degree's total timing and 93 octane in her.
