DFI Dual Sync distributor help

Looking for a shop that can help me align the DFI Dual Sync distributor in rockland county New York. I had the distributor gear replaced, it has been at a shop for almost 3 months with plenty of bullshit promise/ excuse.

Hey Steve.
Just stopped to get gas in the '87 C4 Corvette. Return trip from Joliet.
 
This an Accel DFI Distributor for the 434 sbc '86 Vette ?
 
If you have the old distributor gear compare the drilled roll pin hole with the New gear installed.

There should be a Distributor Resynch procedure.
Accel EFI or you still have the older system ?
 
Roll pin drilled holes seldom are same gear to gear orientation .

Went through it on a SN 95 Turbo Stang in the Race shop I worked in last year.
