these HF extended die grinders are in my opinion a great deal, they cost $16-$20 depending if you catch them on sale and last long enough to port at least two sets of cylinder heads, they are a disposable item like the burrs they spin, but dirt cheap and well worth the cost
almost every shop has several and they are a great little tool to have, you can order this set of these long carbide burrs for about $36-$40

they come in air and electric powered versions and theres a huge differance in quality, Ive always prefered the air powered ones as they run cooler and cost less in some cases.
keep in mind that if they are cheap enought, they are basically a use, and throw away tool, but you can do a real nice job porting and clearing up minor engine clearance work with one and the correct cutting burrs.
