I talked with a buddy about overdrives, rear ends and gear vendors. Did anyone used a gear vendor in a Muncie? At the price of around $3.000 it is not cheap.
I can buy an stronger rear end with another ratio, than my Posi Trac for this price.

I think its the Very Best Match.
No stronger and durable overdrive made.

No one here has bought a Gear Vendors overdrive yet.
Google on other forums and full race sights.
Gear Vendors is the Best.

Ok, I wil do. I thought is a good alternative to a 5 speed for long distance trips.
The Modern 5 & 6 speeds do not like to be full bore Powershifted Drag Race Style.
Foot on the Gas Pedal held down.
Engine Redline hit.
Tap the Clutch pedal & Grab the next gear.
They hang up in gear or Blow Up.

Mucnie 4- speed was made for Drag Racing.
Road racing too.
The only other Gearbox in a 5-speed that could do similar was a Doug Nash 5-speed. Richmond Gear was making them after Doug Nash.
Has become obsolete & parts hard to find now.

Depends what your doing & want.

With Drag Racing back in the USA & Guys like myself that do not care about screaming High RPMs driving cruising, I grew up it in the 1980's & it was the Normal.
Flat out Balls Out.

I'm similar type of driver, I like both cruising and Road racing / Highway racing.
