t-buckets have almost unlimited street performance potential, and a few potential , use issues,
as they are less than ideal daily transportation,(security, luggage and passanger, carry capacity, weather protection,) and thus not truely versital.
(but can be fun)
Ive helped build engines for several, and a 427, or 454 built correctly, can produce almost scarry fast acceleration,
if the suspension and differential and trans gearing and converter stall speed are correctly set up.
even a rather streetable, SBC can get you in the mid ten seconds range reasonably easily
