First 2020 Corvette Pictures

Well Grumpy the Old Guard does not appear to be excited about the C8 Corvette being turned into a Hybrid.
Lack of support for it on Digital Corvette.
We can see that Dodge has not done anything like that.
Can not forget about the Dodge Hellephant 1000 HP Crate engine too.

Need that Tremec Transaxle back.
To the Hell with Porsche & ZF.

Even if I win the Lottery & I never play I would never buy a New Corvette with a Hybrid Hamster wheel under the hood.

Man Digital Corvette is dead Grumpy.
Stayed busy all week on my own projects at home.
Here on your site doing Tech.
Facebook network.

Wiz looking to fight again.
Tired of his Dumb ass.

I'll reserve my opinion until I can see one up close, walk around it, sit in one,
hear it idle and run through the gears, and hopefully drive one a mile or so.

sometimes you look something over... know its absurdly expensive... but may want to go for it anyway

It's the same old story Grumpy.
Old timers buy a Vette to feel young again and try to pick up young women.
They can care less about going real fast.
So A Corvette is built to 100% cater to Boomers.

Younger guys want to go Drag Racing and Win.
Never has Drag Racing been more popular not since 1970s and 1990s.
Guys like me from 1990s are into 40s & early 50s now. We experienced the Drag Race thrill 1st hand.
Money to potential win also in 2019 No Prep racing.

Win nothing chasing women with a Corvette. Just go broke.
Get divorced too.

LONGTIMER from DC told me recent that The C8 is dependent upon my Generation X buying the C8.
Boomers he said are aging and C7 sales lackluster.

I know what my Generation wants.
We don't want slow old mans car.

9-second baseline now.

building a 9-10 second capable 1/4 mile, car,
that can be driven on the street is not that difficult with current technology,
most guys just don,t have the knowledge or skill set, or a place to do so.
it only starts to get absurdly expensive if you need to pass a track tech inspection.
of course the idea is to mandate your safety but its also to limit the tracks liability.
yes you could build a 9-10 second car significantly cheaper than a new corvette,
but it would not be equipped with all the corvettes features , like back-up cameras, air conditioning etc, either.

That is the problem Grumpy.
The Corvette always gets compromised.

Creature comforts.

Everyday its dead on Digital Corvette Grumpy.
Your sight us way more busy.
Just looked again.

The last Dual Purpose Factory Corvette Race Car was the 1967-1969 L88.
No Air Conditioning Available.
One single Mission Win at all costs.

Not a single Corvette owner has ran 10s or 9s on DC since I have been there since 2011.
It's not so easy after all.
Has to be purpose built.

Just 1 guy did.
Hardcore. While I was Tech Moderator on VFF.
Hardcore listened to me.
He built a Racecar.

Computer renderings.
Too angular.
Lacking flowing curves we are used to in a Corvette.
Comments bad also Grumpy.
Like I said it needs to be Super Fast or it won't sell.
