Flex Head Gear Wrench Sets

some of the most useful wrench sets I use are the flex head ratchet wrenches
the main issue I find is almost all the sets skip a few sizes ,
SIZES you'll eventually need to purchase separately,
and those missing wrench sizes you need to complete the sets,
can be rather hard to locate and expensive, to buy individually,
some sized between 5/16"-1" 0r between 8mm-25mm are always left out of those combo sets, and filling the gaps can cost as much as the original, but incomplete set of wrenches.
purchasing individual flex head ratchet wrenches,
sized like
16mm, 18mm ,20mm, 21mm and 24mm ,
11/16" 7/8", 15/16" and 1"
are rather difficult to locate
btw your never supposed to use these wrenches to break loose stubborn stuck bolts they are not designed to take the stress and impact loads of someone using a hammer on the wrench which I see done all to often.
it also helps durability issues if you soak the ratchet wrench ends in MMO
occasionally

I don,t know the reason but many sets don,t supply the 16mm wrench

I have realized that myself... It seems that it is a common size that I need when working on newer trucks.

My son had bought me a set of the gear wrenches in SAE sizes awhile ago. I love the fine ratchet clicks that they have.
They are my go to wrenches.
