I fancy myself a 2004r afficianado. I got turned on to the epic 25 pg thread indycars put together so I joined up to see the pix. I'm a cheapskate with a family and mini budget for hot rodding. So most everything I do is on the cheap free or takes a while to save up for.

I just finished assembling a 2004r for my car and after some adjustment we have it shifting pretty well. I am using an "experimental" torque converter. My guy told me that he took it in trade for a higher stall unit and wanted feed back on it.

My car. We are saving up for insurance so I can get tags and safety inspection.

I am the original owner(it's an 87). It has been a fun ride so far and I have big plans but small fundage.
 
I also have a GS455 but it is awaiting space in the garage. With four children and a wife my time gets spread pretty thin.

theres a good deal of that "LIMITED CASH FLOW" problem going around, lately,
I know I caught a bad case of it, myself,
when my older son got really sick
and I had him move in so I could take care of him
(and his kids and wife)

I thought maybe you had a T-Bucket like myself with that screen name, but I guess not. You can disregard the PM I sent you, except it's always nice to know where someone is located.

Is that a turbo charged GN in the first photo? Anyway I guess it's obvious why you like the 200-4R. :)

Turbo yes, gn no. It is the "lesser" T with the grand national drive train. Hence my screen name with the T at the end.



Needless to say, I am in Texas, dfw area for those wondering.
 
Hey Texas T, I am in wichita falls just about 2 hrs northwest of you. Indycars is in OKCity bout 2 hrs due north of me. OOPs oh yeah welcome to the party friend!
