Fool Me Once F... Want To Do My Own Valves

you know the old saying Fool me once shame on you fool me twice Shame on me.
Well in the car world with people sick as us. Fool me once F... you!
Give me my time back or else. I’m not rich but I do love my car and I want to say to Grumpy,
sorry I didn’t get any videos of the car in action before I had a failure.
My oil cooler line let loose and I already learned why and what not to do.
Which is if it don’t feel right don’t do it . Anyway.
This caused my oil pump to lock right up,
causing my timing belt to jump.
Causing the piston to accelerate into two valves.
Now I read that a valve job is the most important part of a port job,
and as y’all know I was f... with no gear oil in my exhaust port.
They put a single cut on the valve with zero back angle...
now that the engines apart I’d like to fix my intake valves up.
I don’t want to send all them valves out and wait a month.
So I’d like to cut my own seeing as the seats are fine and it’s a simple cut.
I was thinking. Cut the valves, throw a back cut on.
If you think that’s a bad idea message me and I’d be glad to send them to you.
The price for each valve is insane here.
If I’m a little off it’s 2:30 in the morning and I just got my pistons back in the block.
Thanks for everything past present and future.

sorry you had problems,
Id suggest you install a low oil pressure switch that cuts off the ignition, voltage
if oil pressure drops below about 7-10 psi in the next rebuild,

with a manual dash switch so the oil accumulator can retain its load of pressurized oil if you choose to do so,
to use it to pre-lube the engine just prior to engine start up,
when the oil accumulator and pressure switch is not being used,
as a safety back-up, oil supply, while racing that cuts the ignition off at 10 psi,
and floods the oil passages if the oil pressure drops below 7 psi.

pictures of what happened to the oil cooler and connection lines would be helpful,
pictures of the valve seats and valves and any part numbers on the valves may also be helpful

Being a DOHC LOTUS 4 cup engine there is not much room to do a 3 -4 -5 angle valvejob.
I could do it for you with my Sioux valve grinding equipment.
Multi angle valvejob are easier on 1.60" - 2.50 " inch valve faces and seats.
No guarantee I could do a 3 angle seat cut on Lotus till I see.
Shipping back and forth from Japan to me in Ilinois not far from Chicago back to you be insane.

Chad Spiers is best ever I have seen online.
