getting fan belt pullies aligned correctly

theres a good deal of info in the linked info,

but the short version, is that if your wearing out or throwing belts chances are real good the pulley alignment, or belt tension is not ideal. it doesn,t take a great deal of mis-alignment to have a belt walk off the belt pulleys at higher speeds, an 1/8" of mis alignment will do it frequently

you can move the top pulley outward with shims that MOROSO SELLS
