getting rid of three cats on the 1986 vette!

Guys, I have an 86 coupe with the two pre-cats just after the manifolds and a main cat. I want to bypass all three cats and am wondering where I can get a pre-formed front "test" Y-pipe that goes from both manifolds to the rear exhaust Y-pipe flange. I've seen "test" pipes that take the place of the main cat but I want to throw away the pre-cats as well and don't want to have to custom form something. Surely somebody out there makes one, for goodness sake! I'm checking eBay and all the exhaust manufacturers right now...

[/b]theres just some tools, and skills that are almost mandatory to have in any serious hot rodders garage in my opinion, and a decent MIG or TIG welder a set of (4) 12 ton jack stands, a decent drill press, a couple floor jacks are certainly on that short list, youll want to have room under the car to work safely, I prefer 6 12 ton jack stands ANS wood supports under the tires while I work on my corvette simply because I don,t want ANY chance of this old geezer doing forced BENCH PRESSING OF THE CORVETTE!
paying exorbitant prices for a cars , pre fabricated exhaust is fine IF you can afford it but I'm generally tight on cash, so buying exhaust components and a bit of fabrication skill helps lower costs significantly

like most things EXPERIENCE HELPS, when your designing an exhaust system for your car, but if you mock up whats needed its not going to be difficult to do.
generally you carefully measure, the length and angles and buy a few pipes to cut and weld and use a pipe expander, after doing the required calculations, the links below will help you do that .

to make one end female so you can slip the normal pipe inside a slip fit giving you some leway on exact length.
