Here to learn and I know Grumpy has the answers. I have a silver 1979 L48 that I am awakening from a 15 year sleep. Time flies, I wasn't planning on garaging it that long, but life gets in the way.

welcome to my data base, Im slowly transfering info here from my hard drives for everyone to access, so if youve got questions post in the area of concern and Ill try to find/post info that helpful.

BTW WHERE in colorado?
I used to hunt ELK, up near eagle , montrose, gunnison and gypsum for 37 years,and as soon as my leg heals Ill try to get back
 
Denver, but of course I know all the areas you speak of... and I lived in Branford CT for a few years back in 78-81 go figure. Hope the leg heals soon!
 
I've spent some time in the Mile High city! :) Welcome!!! Grumpy's the only one that's contributed anything of any value around here, but just sit back and read. He's FULL of invaluable info about motors. :cool:

My ex and son, just moved away from Aurora...yesterday, as a matter of fact. :p
