TRUST ME I GET IT!
LOW PRICE WELDERS ARE SOMETHING MOST OF US WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IN THE SHOP!
BUT YOU TEND TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

as with everything else you tend to get the level of quality you pay for

there is ALWAYS a compromise, made between quality and price
I learned that long ago,
“Quality is like buying oats: like:. If you want nice, clean, fresh oats, you must pay a fair price.
However, if you can be satisfied with oats that have already been through the horse ...
that comes a little cheaper.”

AND YES IN MY OPINION flux core welders ARE BASICALLY less reliable at producing a good weld
do they work? yes they do!
but the quality / strength ,of the weld, in my experience is generally significantly lower that a MIG or TIG might provide!

YOU CAN GET A DECENT WELDER FOR A REASONABLE PRICE BUT IT TAKES RESEARCH AND TIME TO FIND DEALS
OBVIOUSLY KNOWING WHAT YOU NEED AND HAVING EXPERIENCE HELPS
YES THE VIDEO's , POINT OUT A BUNCH OF USEFUL INFO
YES THEY ARE DIRT CHEAP! THEY ARE ALSO NOT AS GOOD AT PRODUCING DECENT WELDS COMPARED,
TO WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH A DECENT 220 VOLT MIG OR TIG WELDER

THE GUY IN THE VIDEO, SOUNDS LIKE HALF THE REDNECKS (GOOD OLD COUNTRY BOYS) I GREW UP WITH IN fla!
don't forget you need to buy or rent a tank of the specific shield gas and regulator required for your welder and what your welding.

YES THEY ARE CHEAP, MY ADVISE BITE THE BULLET AND GET A DECENT mig OR tig WELDER,
YES BOTH REQUIRE USE OF A TANK AND REGULATOR WITH
SHIELD GAS...
YES IT COSTS MORE BUT IT PRODUCES FAR BETTER AND STRONGER WELDS
OVER THE LONG TERM YOULL BE UNLIKELY TO REGRET THE MONEY SPENT,
