Hello, my name is Dan and I'm new to the site. I had a blast the past few days reading the plethora of information put together on this site all I can say is WOW! Hope I'm able to contribute, but I think I will be doing a lot more learning then contributing seeing the wealth of information that is already here.

I have a 1991 300zx with an LT1 swap and a little turbo setup. I have a build thread I'll post for those interested. I'm working on putting together a low compression (8.7:1) 355 setup. I'm at the machining phase so hopefully I will be able to share some videos after I get the bugs worked out.

Here is a video of the car on the dyno blowing a head gasket which started the rebuild. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Turb ... 158121.htm

Dan,
I'm with you on the more reading than posting,
every time I open a thread I surf through at least 4 more sites and articles.
Thank you again Grump and welcome.

please invite everyone you can to join the site, UNLIKE most sites IM not trying to lock you into staying here, IM trying to supply you and others with the best info and links to info I can, so you can build the best cars and engines and avoid the typical BS and long learning curve with all the lost time and wasted money, thats usually the result of not knowing what your doing, untill youve been burnt a few dozen times, I didn,t like learning that way so IM trying to make it easier on you guys.

I sure will pass the word... I'm sure alot of people could really use the wealth of information you have put together over the years and have been nice enough to share with everyone. Thanks Grumpy!

Dan
