First off I had a 2.5" downpipe built for the stock Nissan 280ZX T3 turbo. But I sold all that off so I could get a larger turbo. I made a stainless 3" downpipe and full 3" exhaust back to a magnaflow straight through muffler. For the downpipe I used mandrel bends I got from Ebay. I just cut and pieed them all together. After tacking it all in place I removed it and then welded them. After welding the DP I ground down the welds to make a smoother looking piece. I just recently got a welding machine and still a newb to welding. I have a Millermatic 135 Mig machine. I used .30 wire from harbor freight. For gas I used the 75/25 mix. Here are some pics.
