Will post some pics tomorrow after work.

welcome limey

i recently sold one of my future project cars , a 1974 malibu coupe, ( actually had a chevelle badge on the trunk too!) to some black guys who offered me cash and pulled it outta my driveway in record time.

i believe that this 73-77 bodystyle is one of the most overlooked in musclecar history.

some day, people will be paying big bucks for these as very few are gonna survive the impending crusher craze that the greenies are gonna impose on us.

tell us more about your project. I love tunnel-ram dual carb intakes if the engines designed to take advantage of the intended operational power band, theres far too many guys that assume you can throw a tunnel ram intake on about any combo and get it to work, but the truth is they are almost all intended for the upper mid and high rpm flow rates, and although its possiable to tune one to function, it won,t really be an asset to the combo unless youve designed the engine to take full advantage of the higher rpm power band. so head flow , cam timing compression , displacement and exhaust scavaging need to be carefully thought thru when planing the engine if you want to take full advantage of the intakes potential

:D Welcome aboard, Limey! Great to have you here at Grumpy's. Lots of good folks who know a thing or two about cars hang out here. You're gonna feel right at home.

Best regards,

Harry
