Been reading this forum for awhile. I’m a recently retired old fart. Been interested in cars since high school. Decided that wrenching all day was not for me. Took my car knowledge and went to work at a parts store / machine shop that did stock and performance engine rebuilding. Worked parts department at an import dealership. Stayed in contact and worked after hours with the machinist at the parts store. Current project is working on an article on valve float / lofting.
