im mike from edmonds WA. ive learned a ton readin your links for months. i like to learn, research and understand before i dive into a repair or task. Almost to a fault, but it keeps things unbroke and hopefullly done right the first time. buuut its getting nice out, my 69 Mach 1 misses the road and i got a few valvespring questions so off to the forums. Thanks

What engine do you have ?
If the engine is all stock best source for direct replacement parts is from Melling and Sealed Power for Valve Springs and OEM Hardware.
