No transbrake is made for a 200R4.
Its best to use a Transbrake with a Turbo 400 or a Powerglide Trans.
4L80E also OK.
I would like a Transbrake in the Turbo 400 in my 1963 Grand Prix.
A Super Hard Fast Launch Transbrake done and it will take the guy next to you with equal Power to Spray a 250 HP shot of Nitrous to catch up if he has it.
Turbo 400 & 4L80E have massive center supports & planetary Gearsets.
So Good that only a few parts need to be swapped out in a TH 400 for 2000 HP.
Stock has been pushed to 850 HP.
Not much of a stall Rpm at 2350 rpm in the Demon.
Olds Super Rocket V8 425 in its Switch pitch Turbo 400 had a 2400-2600 Rpm stall converter.
Hellcats had lots of problems with the 8-speed Auto.
Many Swapped in GM TH400 transmissions.
