I know Grumpy from Chevytalk, never met the man in person but i like his style and we think alike.
I spend a lot of time at MonteCarloSS.com helping those guys and writing technical articles when i'm in the mood, just a old school tech that enjoys teaching others
Back in May of 2006 i was run over by a careless driver on the cellphone while riding my motorcycle, ended up in a wheelchair for life and that put a damper on my projects, but i did build one last car for mysellf.

The first 2 pics is a SBC with direct port nitrous system i built using brake line a tubing bender, i was driving OTR at the time and made a little progess on the manifold every time i stopped at rest area or truck stop.

Im sorry to hear about your accident, Id point out your not alone in that theres several old geezers on this site in various stages of dis-ability, but that doesn,t necessarily prevent, many of us from working on our cars, it usually just makes it a good deal more difficult most of the time, and a lot slower project.

Don't know how I would react to the same situation, but hopefully you can look forward now and not back too much!
You didn't post any 1/4 mile times, but it looks fast and sounds like it too! I look forward to reading your articles, the forum is nice, but a thought out and well written document is much easier to follow.
