and if it is,personally I think much of this is DISINFORMATION hoping to conceal and lead spys astray
but there must be some truth mixed in.
I hope there's more than enough of them built and up and functional to be a huge deterrent to our enemy's
and obviously the people in control use them wisely and with restraint
